Hola Cheffy, si te sientes más comoda en español, por favor visita nuestro sitio gemelo CocinaDominicana.com. Thanks for the tip. You are right that we forgot the eggs. I don't use flour though, don't like the taste but anyone should feel free to try it the way you describe it, maybe the'll like it better that way.

Hi all, I have been looking for this recipe for a very long time. I remeber enoying a piece of this delicious dessert as a child and even though I always loved cooking, I never learned how to make it. I would like to know what is the amount of the missing ingredients before I try it. Also, if there is another version of the pan the batata it would be appreciated if someone wants to share it. Thanks

I am sorry. I read in one of your posts that the eggs and flour were missing from the recipe then you replied that indeed you had forgotten the eggs and that you didn't use flour. This is what I was refering to when I asked about the missing ingredients. How many eggs? Thanks
