Habichuelas con Dulce

This was typically made during the holidays. I've looked throughout the recipes and I haven't found this one. This is sold on the streets of Washington Heights in NYC along with maiz crackiao....(Hominy corn) in a bath of harina de maiz. OMG soooo good. Well back to Habichuela con dulce...my husband is dying for this as I would like to make this for my family. Ever since we moved to Florida (4.5 years ago) we all haven't had this in a while. Anyone knows how to make it?
