heres a great recipe i use all the time:

ingrediants needed:
one large potatoe
pasta twirls
pasta sauce
(all theese can be bought at a supermarket)

bake one large potatoe
make pasta twirls with the pasta sauce
cut the potatoe down the center but dont cut it completely in half.
add the pasta to the center of the potatoe and youve got yourself a meal!

(you can also add cheese for extra flavour)
