| Chicken Stew (pollo Guisado) Everytime I try to made this ... the chicken is never nice and tender. It's a little chewy. It doesn't taste bad or anything but I'm wondering what am I doing wrong!?      |

| I suppose the chicken is not being cooked enough time, or you need to turn up the fire. This is very important. Ingestion of raw chicken is dangerous. It's hard to diagnose the problem from here, but that is my best guess.
