| Guys!!! I am going to attemp this soup for thanksgiving here in NYC, I'll let you know how it turns out. Ever since I visited my friend in Santo Domingo and her cook made something similar to go with his delicious rice and beans and beef, etc etc.my kids and I loooooved it and now I found it here, woohoooo. I'll let u know how it turns out. |

| Ok let me try posting this comment for a second time. Ok so I made the delicious cream of squash and it was a hit, everyone loved it. I made enough for like 15 people, of course just as a starter. I used less cream since i'm not crazy about too much cream and used chicken cube instead of veg cube but I guess you can just season with salt. I served it in this beautiful cream colored pumpkin shaped serving dish it was beautiful. thanks. ![]() |
