| This little rolls are the quintesential street food: not fully appreciated. But they are, in my humble opinion, one of the best buffet dishes in the Dominican cuisine. Chulitos can be made filled with meat (the traditional way) or filled with cheese or just plain. Feel free to experiment. | I've never used frozen cassava, seeing as yuca of the fresh persuasion is really common here, but I don't see why not. Of course you need to thaw it first (don't use the microwave). |

| chichiqua, you need to use the least coarse side of the grater. You will obtain some sort of paste from grinding the yuca. |
