Hi there... I'm Tamara or "Tamarita" to la familia
My mom and I have been dreaming of Dominican foods we haven't had in ages... She came to the states when she was around 10, and we don't get back there much. (She does go sometimes, but I haven't been back to DR in over 10 years!) There's so many things I can't even remember the names of anymore... or she just hasn't made the dishes in so long she can't remember how!
I am SOO happy to find this website. I'm newly married to an Italian, and only me and my mom cook in my family, so it's up to us to bring SABOR to the table!
