Okay I have a problem my chicken stew is horrible and for some reason this recipe came out bad too... I think im seasoning the boneless thighs wrong what should I season it with besides the marinade??? I usually season it with onion & garlic powder and with pepper, any suggestion pllllllzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
