You’ve inspired me to learn more about my roots! I’ve never realized how our food has a lot of other cultural influences. I’m 23, aspiring to be a chef whom enjoys incorporating our flavors/ traditional recipes to modern cuisine. Thank you for all that you’ve put in- it has let me to put out many dishes that people haven’t heard of.

Eury.
