I have been looking into your website for quite some time now. I have been looking for ways to eat healthier and stay within my heritage food wise. I have tried other foods but it’s not the same. So I’m going back to my heritage but to learn more with the foods from there . I’m not the best cook but will like to learn more than just the usual flag dishes. I need to eat healthier due to health reasons and a Life change but I know with your book and me tweaking some things here and there due to staying away from all process foods and have gone organic and fresh Vegetables and fruts.. And I believe this can help ease up the transition I’m working on.. Hopefully I win….
